How to get to Playa Paraíso from Cancún
From downtown Cancún, the journey to Playa Paraíso heads south along Federal Highway 307. The main options are Playa Express, taxi, private transportation, or ride-hailing apps.
Playa Express:
You can take a vehicle heading toward Playa del Carmen and ask the driver to stop at Playa Paraíso. Before boarding, confirm that the driver will make the stop and ask exactly where you will need to get off.
Taxi:
It offers a direct trip from Cancún to the hotel lobby. Because this is an intercity route, it is best to agree on the total price before starting the journey.
Uber, DiDi, or InDrive:
It may be possible to find a driver, but acceptance will depend on the fare, demand, and availability. Some drivers may reject the trip because they could have to return to Cancún without a passenger.
ADO bus:
This is not the most practical option because ADO does not make a direct stop in Playa Paraíso. Traveling to Playa del Carmen and then returning north involves more time, connections, and additional expenses.
For travelers with little luggage, Playa Express may be the most affordable alternative. For families, groups, or passengers with suitcases, a direct transfer is usually more convenient.
