We have used this company several times for airport transportation and transportation to excursions. They are friendly, helpful and stay in communication with us. We felt safe and all of our drivers were fantastic. We are planning another trip back and will definitely book with this company again!

We booked this transfer service based on online reviews. The price was very attractive, especially compared with other similar services; however, our experience was not the same. When we landed in Cancun, we were promised that the shuttle would be waiting outside the airport with someone holding a sign with our names, but there was nobody there. We tried calling the WhatsApp number used for the initial booking. That is the only communication method. They do not have a direct phone line. Nobody answered us. Nobody responded to me. We waited almost 45 minutes outside the airport and just as we were about to book another taxi, someone finally appeared. We emailed the company about our experience, but we did not really receive any apology or response other than being told that our return pickup time was confirmed. On the way back, however, we had no problems. The driver who came to pick us up was very nice and took good care of us, so overall it was a mixed experience. I hope they improve their communication because there is no way to contact them directly.

I would choose them again because they arrive on time, but I would ask them to send me a vehicle with working air conditioning for any of my trips. I booked our round-trip transfer with Transfers Plus from Tulum Airport to my hotel in Akumal and back. Miguel, the driver who picked us up at the airport, was very friendly, pleasant and helpful, and the vehicle and air conditioning were excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the return trip to the airport. Although Josué arrived on time and drove well, the experience with the vehicle was very poor. The air conditioning did not work, and I should mention that I am pregnant. Given the high temperatures in the area and all the effort involved in packing everything to leave, I expected to have good air conditioning during the ride. The vehicle also vibrated a lot, which I do not remember happening with the vehicle Miguel used when he picked us up. In any case, I would give them another chance or book again while specifically mentioning this issue, because the service and WhatsApp communication with the General Manager of Transfers Plus were very reliable. Great experience! We had a great experience with Transfer Plus. They picked my family up at the airport and took us to the hotel. We ended up changing hotels and also changed the time of our return flight, but they were flexible, picked us up quickly at the new location and took us to the airport for our flight home.

Decent transfer to and from the airport and Playa del Carmen. Overall, the transfer was fine; there was NO beer or water on either trip even though I thought it was included. It was about an hour drive each way, so it would have been nice to at least have water. We had to wait 15 minutes when we arrived for the van to show up. The van in Cancun was older and somewhat outdated. The vehicle for the return trip to the airport was newer and arrived right on time for pickup. Their prices are lower than other companies, but next time I would pay a little more for additional amenities.

Transfer Plus service. Great service, on-time pickup and a clean car, making the ride easy and stress-free. The best part was the communication: the day before the trip I received a WhatsApp message confirming all the details. Fortunately, that made me confident that the pickup would happen as agreed. With other companies I am never sure whether the driver will actually show up. Therefore, I recommend Transfer Plus.

We were concerned after watching Luisito Comunica's video about the taxi situation in Cancun, so it was a relief to find a company as professional as Transfer Plus. We took four transfers with them; they always arrived 5–10 minutes early, the drivers were very polite, there were no surprises with the prices and the vehicles were in excellent condition. Excellent service. We booked directly through the website. One day before, they contacted us through WhatsApp. Our flight was delayed and we were able to notify Transfers Plus, so we were confident that our transportation would still be available despite the delay. The same happened on the return trip: we had reconfirmed our departure. We had to wait 8 minutes for our van at the airport, and the van arrived 15 minutes early for the return trip. I was very satisfied. The driver was very courteous to us and to others on the road. The seat belts worked and we felt safe in the vehicle.

Fast and reliable service — I would ride with them again. My wife and I had fast and reliable service with Transfers Plus. We traveled from Cancun Airport to Impressions Moxché in Playa del Carmen. Both Hamet and David stayed attentive and everything went smoothly. The air conditioning was better in one car than the other, but it was nothing to worry about. I would recommend their team and would look to use them again in the future. Note: Make sure you have WhatsApp downloaded and ready to use with the number you provided. They will send you a message there when you book. Email is not as effective for their communication. The team follows up through WhatsApp. This was entirely my mistake, not theirs.

Excellent customer service. We had booked an airport transfer with Transfer Plus. Unfortunately, our plans changed and we had to cancel. Throughout the entire process, however, they were very helpful. Within minutes of booking, someone contacted us to welcome us and ask whether we had any special requests. A few small bumps, but very affordable, attentive and reliable. I had a great overall experience with Transfers Plus. I am giving 5 stars because the issues were definitely not a big deal and are surely things they will improve. Pickup from Cancun Airport to PDC was very easy. They were ready for us; the van was not especially nice or new, but it was sufficient, and the price was the lowest of any recognized company I could find. The return trip from PDC to the airport had a cooler full of beer, which was a pleasant surprise, although it would have been even more fun on the trip from the airport! Just two details: There was no confirmation email, other than the PayPal receipt under a different name, until the day before the trip when they sent a WhatsApp message to confirm the details. It was not a major problem, but one week before the trip I simply had to hope the PayPal payment was legitimate. They also sent a message the day before our hotel departure, suggested a pickup time and I requested another. They agreed, but still arrived one hour earlier at the originally suggested time and called or messaged saying that I might be charged a fee. I responded and everything was fine in the end with no charge, but it added a little stress to our last hour at the resort.

Transfer Plus, the only way to get around Cancun. We arrived at the airport and Iván, our driver, was waiting for us. He was friendly and had cold beers ready for the ride to our resort. It was fast and safe! We were lucky enough to have Iván pick us up again to take us back to the airport when our trip ended, and once again there was a cold beer and good music.

Safe transportation from the airport to the resort. We used Transfer Plus for our transportation from Cancun Airport to a resort about one hour away. We only speak English. We arrived feeling lost and confused. Transfer Plus stayed in communication with us and helped us find our way around the airport. The driver met us at the airport with a large sign and then quickly took us to the Dreams Mayan resort, about a one-hour drive away. Omar, our driver, took all of our bags and the car was already air-conditioned when we got in. Safe driving and the drivers spoke good English. Communication with the owner, Joa, through WhatsApp was easy. The pickup at the resort was on time.

I had an exceptional experience working with Joaquín and his team during my flight from Canada in January 2025, when I used this service for pickup at Cancun Airport and transportation to Tulum, where my hotel was located. Long before the trip began, they took the time to make sure I had the correct flight information and arrival time at Cancun International Airport. They also explained that Wi-Fi would be available when I landed so I could communicate through WhatsApp. This is obviously very important at an airport. Maintaining communication is absolutely essential. When I landed, Joaquín was already sending me messages letting me know that my driver was there to take my wife and me to our destination in Tulum. The driver was also very well coordinated with him, knew our destination and made sure we were completely comfortable throughout the ride. Based on the excellent communication before and during my trip, the reliable and punctual pickup, and the courteous and professional driver, I highly recommend this service to anyone being picked up at Cancun Airport and looking for transportation to their final destination.
